Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to www.ramevpackaging.com and purchases from Ramev Packaging (“we”, “us” or “our”).
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. About Ramev Packaging
Ramev Packaging supplies packaging materials to businesses and individual customers across India, subject to delivery serviceability.
Our products include corrugated boxes, mailer boxes, courier bags, adhesive tapes, bubble rolls, honeycomb rolls, EPE foam rolls, bubble pouches and other packaging supplies.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law. If purchasing for a business or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, delivery and GST details and for notifying us promptly of any errors.
3. Product Information and Dimensions
Please review the product description, quantity, material, size and specifications before ordering.
Box dimensions stated on our website are external dimensions unless expressly stated otherwise. Internal usable space will be smaller and will depend on the material and construction. Units and the order of dimensions should be read as stated in the relevant listing or quotation. Please contact us before purchase if anything is unclear.
Product photographs illustrate appearance. Screen settings and lighting may affect perceived colour. Such differences do not excuse a material departure from the advertised or agreed specifications.
No unspecified manufacturing tolerance permits us to supply goods that materially fail to meet the agreed specifications.
4. Product Suitability
Customers should select packaging suitable for the intended contents, weight, storage conditions and transport requirements.
Unless expressly stated in the relevant product description or confirmed by us in writing, products are not represented as certified for direct food contact, hazardous goods, medical use or other regulated applications.
Please contact us before ordering if your application requires particular performance standards or certification.
5. Prices, GST and Payment
Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
Payments are accepted through the methods available at checkout using Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Standard website orders include free shipping. Bulk orders are handled through a separate quotation, with the total price and any applicable delivery terms disclosed before payment.
Changes in website prices do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
6. Order Acceptance and Availability
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance is confirmed when we issue a dispatch confirmation or expressly accept the order in writing.
If a product is unavailable, a material listing error is discovered or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you. Any alternative product, price or revised arrangement requires your agreement. If the order is cancelled, payments received for the cancelled items will be refunded.
7. Customised and Printed Orders
Customised orders are produced according to the specifications agreed in writing.
Where artwork, print proofs or specifications are provided for approval, customers should check dimensions, wording, spelling, colours, logo placement and other details before approving production.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logo, trademark or other material supplied to us.
Custom or printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. This restriction does not remove remedies where supplied goods are defective or materially inconsistent with the agreed specifications.
8. Dispatch and Delivery
Estimated dispatch times are:
- Standard stock products: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customised products: 5–7 business days after payment confirmation and finalisation of all required specifications and approvals.
We work seven days a week. For these estimates, a business day means a day on which the operations needed to process the order are available; public holidays or service-provider closures may affect timelines.
Delivery after dispatch is estimated at up to two days where supported by the delivery route. Actual transit times depend on destination, serviceability and carrier operations. Any known longer timeline will be communicated.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Standard stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Returns and replacements are ordinarily available for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing goods, subject to verification and applicable law. Change-of-mind purchases and customer-selected incorrect sizes are not eligible for voluntary returns.

10. Acceptable Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or upload unlawful material.
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and reporting suspected unauthorised access.
11. Intellectual Property
Website content owned by Ramev Packaging, including our logo, original photographs, text and graphics, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Responsibility and Liability
We remain responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and providing remedies required by applicable law. Engaging a payment, courier or other service provider does not by itself remove those responsibilities.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of our products or website. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions and transport disruptions may affect fulfilment.
If an accepted order is materially affected, we will communicate available options, which may include a revised timeline or cancellation and refund as appropriate under applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection law and other mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat. Nothing in this clause prevents an eligible consumer from approaching a consumer commission or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights relating to orders already accepted.

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month of receipt. Please quote your order number when contacting us. A complaint reference will be provided for tracking.
